Hemma is building technology to accelerate the transition to a sustainable, energy-efficient future.

Hemma’s role is to support B2C companies to help their customers to reduce their energy consumption. Our core product is aggregation, processing, and analysis of energy data for detached houses.

Our platform is used by some of the largest companies in Sweden in Finance and Energy. We are a small international team, but we believe that everyone is entitled to a sustainable home and that we can make a difference!

What you'll do:

• Regularly talk to our customers and their customers, to gain a deep empathy and understanding for how we best can create value for them
• Work closely with the CTO and CEO to create a product strategy that supports the overall company strategy
• Develop a vision and set the strategic direction of the product which aligns with customer needs, business growth, and overall technology strategy
• Continuously build and refine the product roadmap
• Track and evaluate the needs and views of all stakeholders (end users, customers, sales team, shareholders, etc.)
• Learn and be curious about relevant standards within and adjacent to our field or work and be able to educate and communicate this to the rest of the team
• Communicate quantitative and qualitative insights to the rest of the team
• Lead the work in setting priorities for the day-to-day product development
• Help us develop practices and culture for shipping high quality product with speed at Hemma as we continue to scale the company

We’d Love to Meet Someone Who:

• Loves crafting great products and take a hands-on approach
• Has pretty good understanding of, and interest in, engineering and product design
• Can balance customer needs, product goals, technical and regulatory constraints and challenges to deliver value today while taking us in the right direction
• Is able to zoom out to understand the broader context of what the company is trying to achieve and the needs of our customers
• Is good at managing complex projects and love keeping everything in tight order
• Is intelligent and exceptionally driven, but not necessarily has a long experience as a CPO
• Prefers the chaotic nature of a small startup, rather than the well-defined processes of an established company
